Currency All prices in this website are in Canadian Funds.

Minimum Order Pneumatic Parts does not have a minimum order value. We do however request that orders be kept at a minimum of $ 35 net.

Terms and Conditions of Sales Prices do not include taxes. All applicable taxes are extra. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All stock is subject to prior sale.

Payment Terms Payment terms are NET 30 days from date of invoice.

Shipping Terms All shipments are F.O.B. Toronto, Ontario, Canada, unless otherwise stated. Orders over $500.00 net will be shipped freight prepaid by Pneumatic Parts. Orders under $500.00 net will be shipped collect or prepaid and charge as per the customer's request.

Returned Goods All returns must have prior authorization from Pneumatic Parts. All returns must be sent freight prepaid and will be subject to 15% re-stocking charge. This of course does not apply in the cases of any shipping or order entry errors originated by Pneumatic Parts; we will not charge restocking, and we will reimburse the customer for our portion of the freight charges.

Standard Packaging The standard package quantities listed in this price list are only meant to serve as a guide when ordering inventory. There is no penalty for ordering non-standard package quantities.

Claims for shortages or damaged goods All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Claims for shortages or damages in transit are the responsibility of the consignee and need to be filed directly with the carrier.

Warranty Pneumatic Parts will warrant all of its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal service and wear conditions for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment of the order. Pneumatic Parts shall have no obligation expressed under this warranty if:

The product is subjected to abuse, accident, misuse, unintended use, or neglect.

The product is used other than in accordance with specifications.

Pneumatic Parts' liability will be limited to issuing a credit, refund, repair or replacement of the defective item. Pneumatic Parts shall not be liable or responsible for injuries or damages to persons or property arising from the use or operation of Pneumatic Parts products. These conditions are subject to change without notice.

Order Cancellation Cancelled orders must be confirmed in writing to Pneumatic Parts.
